Participation is free, and in return, you’ll receive complimentary profitability reports.

Insights included in these reports enable you to compare your profitability against the marketplace, understand global trends, and analyze financial performance in key regions.

Submitting your P&L data

Please complete and submit either the P&L submission form or a mappable Excel spreadsheet (see instructions below). Once complete, send your files to profitability@str.com (Non-North America properties) or host@str.com (North America properties).

Please complete the form for each individual property. Please submit forms for all properties in your portfolio at the same time.

Mappable Excel Spreadsheet

If you have 15 properties or more, you also have the option to submit a mappable Excel spreadsheet. Please contact profitability@str.com to learn more. If selecting this option, all hotels in the portfolio must be included in one Excel file with STR numbers listed for each property.

Please help ensure your P&L report accuracy by submitting your data using our submission form or using a consistent, mappable Excel file for multiple properties. Submissions in PDF format or single-property submissions in Excel may result in the delay of your complimentary reports. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the proper submission format.

Note: 

  • We follow the 11th version of USALI guidelines
  • Subject hotel must have operated for a minimum of 9 months within the respective year
